Spinach Quishe Lorraine

In a bowl mix together in this order.
5 beated eggs
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream or half and half
1 cup of grated swiss cheese
1/4 ts ceyanne pepper
1/2 ts nutmeg
S and P
1/2 diced onion, sauted in butter
1/4 cup of crumbled bacon or diced ham
3/4 pk of frozen chopped spinach-thawed and well drained.

Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min. or until firm in the middle.
