Stuffed Red Bell Peppers or a Casserole
1/2 lb Cooked ground Beef
1 C cooked Rice
1C corn
1/2 lg chopped onion- sauteed
1 Sm can tomato sauce
1/4 C catsup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 TB dried Cilantro
1 TB dried Parsley
1 or 2 Tbsp of chili powder
S&P
Mix all together in a pan or bowl.
Prepare 4 bell peppers and fill.
Spay Pam in casserole dish and set all 4 stuffed bell peppers in pan.
Top with more tomato sauce if desired and grated cheese.
Bake at 400 for 45 to 50 min.
I love to make up or change recipes that suit us more and this is one of those recipes.These are very good and I hope you will give them a try.
So to make this really easy I made a casserole. I chopped up 1 bell pepper and sauteed it and the onion in a lg skillet. Added all the other ingredients and topped with a little cheese. Put a lid on it and simmer for about 8 to 10 min. Done! This is my own recipe and it is so good! Really!
