This is a healthy and very good salad. You can taste the sweet and sours flavors.
Broccoli Burst Salad
Several florets of fresh broccoli
1/2 C cooked crumbled Bacon
1/2 C roasted sunflower seeds
1C golden raisens or cranraisens
1/4 C diced red onion
Dressing
2/3C mayonaise
3 Tb brown sugar
11/2 TB red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Wash and break up broccoli florets and slice thin.
Add rest of ingredience and mix together. Add dressings and refrigerate
for about 2 hrs. From my friend, Kelly W.
