Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls

This recipe is easy and very good. I  have make it for my family many times.

Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls
Mix together first and let set for a few min.
2 Pks of quick-rise yeast
2 C warm water(120-130 degrees)
Add it to
4 to 5 C flour divided
1 box-one layer white cake mix. 9oz.( I use Jiffy cake mix)
1tsp salt

This is for the center-
3 TBs Butter- softened
1/2  C sugar
2 TB Cinnamon

In a large bowl  combine 3 cups of flour, cake mix, yeast warm water and salt. Mix until smooth.
Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface, knead until smooth, about 5 min. Roll dough into a 9" x 18"  rectangle.
Spread with Butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon ( I just sprinkle cinn right from the jar)
Roll dough jelly-roll style, starting with the long end.
Slice the roll into 1" circles. Place on a greased cookie sheets. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, About 15 minutes or so.
Bake at 350 for 15- 18 minutes. Frost  if desired. Yields 12 large Rolls.
Enjoy! Sharon
