Royal Icing

Here is how to make Royal Icing.
Measure out
1/3 c. dried egg white powder and add
1 c. of warm water to reconstitute. Let the water sit for a bit to fully hydrate the powder, then whisk gently to dissolve. Then, use
3 oz. egg whites for a pound of confectioner sugar.
Add a teaspoon of lemon juice.( or other flavorings, like peppermint, orange or vanilla.
  That’s it. It should be like a syrup consistency maybe a little thicker depending on what you are using it for. So adjust it how you want it. I use it mainly for Cookies. 
Meringue powder can be used but has other things in it and is not the best choice.
