Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bar Cookies
Ingredients
6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
½ cups Smooth or Crunchy Peanut Butter
11/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 whole Eggs
1 cup All-purpose Flour
¼ teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Preparation Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment and grease lightly with butter.
Whisk together flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside.
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars together until well-combined. Add in the eggs one at a time.
Fold in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips until just combined. Don’t over stir or the dough will get tough.
Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30–35 minutes depending on your oven. Cool and cut.
